- Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- We only accept returns for damaged or defective products.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds are provided in the form of Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of the return.
- The return process will be initiated once the product is inspected and verified to be damaged or defective.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing the refund.
3. Exchange Policy
- We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will process a return and refund as outlined above.
4. Warranty
- Our products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
5. How to Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photographs of the damaged/defective product.
- Once the return is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the product at no extra cost to you.
6. Important Notes
- We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method, and refunds will also be processed in cash at the time of return.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any non-defective or opened products.
